Our training videos are clear and make it easy for Supervisors to master the proper implementation procedures for managing the lab, assigning PAES scores, recording PAES scores and entering scores in the PAES Scoring Software.
what to do before and during the training
Choosing the right space will ensure your PAES Lab is used to its fullest potential. Confirm your classroom has 25 feet of wall space and a sink that runs hot and cold water. Each PAES Lab requires the following:
Optional: pegboard, tool cabinet, lanyards and badges
Two to four tablets
Microsoft Office Software
Internet access
1 Printer
Link whitelisting
Four or more counter height work tables
Five standard height work tables
Three chairs
Ten electrical outlets
One bulletin board
Two to four computers
Become a PAES Evaluator
To help ensure that your assessment reports are valid, staff must be trained on the proper PAES implementation procedures.
Note that this registration is for legacy users of PAES who fall under the following criteria:
Staff in Legacy PAES Labs who are already Supervising Labs, but need a refresher training on any and all aspects of PAES
New staff for Legacy PAES Labs who need to be trained and authorized to supervise employees and record scores
